579 2.00 37×50 An experimental flight of the spacecrafts "Soyuz-19" (15-21.07.1975) and "Apollo" (15-25.07.1975). On the board of "Soyuz-19" there were Soviet spacemen A.A.Leonov and V.N.Kubasov. The spacecrew of "Apollo" consisted of T.Stafford, D.Sleiton and V.Brand. During the flight there were two couplings of "Soyuz-19" and "Apollo" and the crews carried out 5 co-operative experiments which turned to be an important step in the development of international space co-operation and investigation.The stamp features the the spacecrafts "Soyuz–19" and "Apollo" at the moment of closure with the fragments of the Moon and the Earth in the background. On the upper part of the stamp there is an emblem of the flight and the text reads "An experimental flight of the spacecrafts "Soyuz"-"Apollo"". >>

580 3.00 50×37 The international space station. This outstanding project in which the Russian Federation takes part was started in 1993. In this project K.E.Tsiolkovskiy's idea of international character of space reclamation is instrumented. The station consists of the functional cargo module "Zarya" and the nodal module "Yedinstvo", which provide the control of the station and the wheels of life of the crew. The first elements of the station have been in orbit since 1998. Bodily the station will be a unique structure 108m long, 74m wide and weighing more than 400 tons. The station will provide the crew´s constant work in orbit. The constuction of the station is planned to be finished in 2004. The station will become a modern complex for the creation of technological innovations and for the human body study. The stamp features the International space station bodily, the national flags of the participants of the new space project. The text reads "The International Space Station". >>

The aim of the project is the creation of a rocket and space complex of a sea-launched configuration and rendering services on firing spacecrafts from the mobile platform in the Pacific. One of the main advantages of this project is an opportunity of firing a spacecraft from the mobile platform into any orbit. For the implementation of the firings a rocket and space complex of a sea-launched configuration was made. It consists of an assembly command craft and a self-propelled launch platform "Odysseus". "The Sea Start" is an international joint project in which companies and corporations of the USA, Russia, Norway and the Ukraine take part. The first test firing of a spacecraft from the platform "Odysseus" was on 28 March 1999. The stamp features the naval infrastructure of "The Sea Start". In the foreground there is the self-propelled launch platform "Odysseus", a spacecraft at the moment of firing. In the middle distance there is the assembly command craft. On the upper part of the stamp there are the national flags of the countries taking part in the project.They are the flags of the USA, Russia, Norway and the Ukraine. The text reads "The internatonal project "The Sea Start"". >>
